Exporting a topic to a new Web page

This is not urgent but I expect I will have to solve it sometime 

The forum I am designing (trial and error mostly - oh, alright; iterative) allows an owner to keep control of a Catagory. Only the 'owner' may edit, other users have a facility (child) to comment and add helpful info. Once the 'owner' is happy with the finished product, he or she may export it to a seperate Web page on the site (or elsewhere - it is the 'owner's property). I call it a "Workspace".

It might be a sefull adjunct to, say, Facebook.
