paid subscription with 1shoppingcart

Is there a way to add "1shoppingcart" as a payment method in the paid subscription setting?  Right now there is only "paypal", I was under the impression that it would accept other payment method other than paypal.  Do I need to go the "modification" route or is there a simpler way?

Any info or comments would be much appreciated, thanks!

AFAIK only paypal is supported.

Thx!  Just curious, why does it say "Leave blank if you do not wish to use paypal."  implying that it's a choice?

In theory, you're supposed to be able to use other payment gateways, but tried it once and wasn't able to get it to work.  There are some threads on the forum addressing this subject if you search, but I didn't find them helpful.

Thx!  I'll start looking at how to do the "modding" and "integration hook" for this.  If anyone knows of anything available that would save me some efforts, I would greatly appreciate it.
