Custom Profile Field

Help, I can't manage to edit the check box as well as the select box option in the custom profile fields for SMF 2.0.2. Screen shot for the check box problem is located below:

I would like to add check boxes on their registration page so I know what subjects they are enrolled in but as the picture shows, I can't put any option or none the less, I can't put "more" options just a single text box:

the option for checkbox is for 1 checkbox, so a yes/no answer, i am not sure the custom profile fields are the best option for what you want. a mod may be best.
