Is i am hacked - ptc-review.in error- need help

My forum hxxp:ptc-review.in [nonactive] is unable to open,
Two days ago i received error mostly on evening somrthing like that php/cgi error,
But today i was unable to open my forum and cpanel also,
Is my site hacked, or what's wrong with him,
I need help , how i receive my files from hosting bcz i want to move it on a new hosting

If you were not able to open cpanel either then was issue with your server, better ask your host, currently it is showing that there is no file on server. Again.. ask your host if you have done nothing.

my hosting provider is hxxp:freehosting.com [nonactive],
i send a support ticket, but do reply from them,
my is running sinsce 27th ap , and some members and 50 posts, then
why this show no file and
i am unable to open cpanel error is

You get what you pay for. If it is free you won't get timely support. Hopefully they get it resolved for you.
