Email prvider Whitelist

is it possible for a mod to be made that would allow me to have a white list  of email providers that can be used in registration.

just for example i can set that only Gmail email accounts can register, or that Gmail and hotmail accounts.

it needs to have the ability to set my own @********.*** values so a text box that allows multiple lines and each line has i different email domain.

Im sorry if this has been implemented before but i have not found anything in searching.

I am running latest software. 2.0.4.

Given that there's a mod available, and how infrequently it has been downloaded, I'd argue that it's not something I'd want to see in the core.
