No Karma links?

I activated the karma feature. Users can see the karma rating but they are unable to 'applaud' or 'smite' anyone because those options do not show up. I activated karma and set minimum posts to use at 1 post. When I log in with the admin account I'm able to see the options so it seems to be a security setting somewhere, but I've looked through all the karma options , not much else indicated there.

Thanks, I think that did the trick. User's aren't allowed to applaud good karma to the same user over and over, are they?

They aren't... for a period. I forget how long that period is, though. Karma spamming is entirely possible, though, because the log clears after a while, I just can't remember what that period is right now.
