How do you add a member to a group?

How do you add a player to group that you made, such as if I made a group called: Owner and I wanted to add me to it, how do I do this...?

Go to your profile. Then go to Modify Profile » Account Settings. You have Primary Membergroup and Additional Membergroups. Primary membergroup is the group that always will be displayed in topic view.
