unable to create new Post containing Links or HTML

hi,

SMF 2.04
whenever i try to create a new Topic containing a http link or a  code i always get the error:

Service Temporarily Unavailable
The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.

everything else just works fine and i was already able to create such topics with linked or html content.
i did not install any mods or themes neither changed the config meanwhile

any idea? anyone already had this issue?

sounds like a problem with your host...

possibly due to mod_security.

ask them to disable mod_security.
