How to add adsense code after first post ?

Hi guys I want to know if it is possible to insert a google adsense ads at the end of first post.

For example >
I made a post on android ROM. now few of my forum member makes comment on that post. So I want to know can is it possible to insert an ADS unit at the end of my post but at on top of all comments.

Structure >

(2)ADS
(3)Member reply

Ok, I'm sorry. I was just eager to know if it is possible to add ADS unit at the end of first post.
Because I saw lots of forum running on SMF have placed ADS UNIT bellow first post.

I found a guide which search there it was written I have to insert the ads code in display.template.php, but there is no such php file in my theme. (USING EXPO Premium theme)

Just use Ad Management MOD

You can place adds in a lot of places, including in-between posts
