Hello. Iv'e recently download a mod called SMF shop. When i installed it, it showed me some errors and it's better to cancel the instalation.
Ok, i installed it and everything eas fine, but when i un-installed it - Boom. Messed up user titles... i tried to download another shop, and uninstall it. More messed up. Here are some images. Would be hard thanks if you could help me :(

That's what happens when you ignore errors  ;)  For future reference, here's what you should do when you see errors while installing or uninstalling a mod  http://wiki.simplemachines.org/smf/Error_in_mod_installation.

As you're a newbie (welcome by the way  :D ) I'm guessing you didn't make a backup either?  Also for future reference you should back up everything before installing or uninstalling any mods http://wiki.simplemachines.org/smf/Backup

Now, to fix your problems.  If you downloaded the Shop mod here on the mod site, you will see a "Parse" button on the mod download page.  Select your SMF version, press the button and you will see the code the mod added.  You will need to check all your affected files and make sure all the shop code is removed.  Basically you need to follow the parse (manual install) instructions in reverse in order to manually uninstall the mod.  Be very careful and save a copy of each file as backup before you start to edit it, just in case.

If that sounds a little daunting and you haven't made many customizations to your forum, you could replace all your files with nice clean ones, which will reset your forum to virgin state but leave all your members and posts intact.  You can find the full instructions on how to do that here http://wiki.simplemachines.org/smf/How_to_upload_a_fresh_set_of_files
