[Theme] Gg-Gt Chameleon for 1.1 RC 1

This is my third theme. 
In this theme, four kinds of colors are switched by the setting. Or, the simple switch is displayed in header, and the thing that the visitor switches is possible.

Note:
This theme can be used only by 1.1x of SMF. It doesn't correspond to 1.0.x.

• Main file
  Attention: "styleswitcher.js" is necessary to use "Theme color change switch of header".
  It is not included in default. You should go to this page, download "styleswitcher.js", and put it in the directory of Gg-Gt. It is necessary to put it in the same place as CSS(red.css, blue.css, green.css, purple.css).
  
  
• Buttons of PSD format (for translation or customizing)
  Red, blue, green, and purple are included in the buttons. If you open it with Photoshop, it is possible to confirm it.

Attention: When you use the languages other than English
Edit "index.Language_that_you_use.php" of the language file that you of the default theme are using and add the following code.  Note: Replace "Language_that_you_use" with the language that you are using.

At present, whether other color version is made is not understood. I wanted nothing but to make a red theme. And, it got tired a little.

Taking a second look at this theme, I realise that it has lots of potential.  koni, I will be more than happy to make a purple version of this theme as well.
