When I upload a new package I have blank page, why ? Anybody can help me ? Thanks.

That isn't a bug with SMF, it's a limitation imposed by free or cheap hosts (usually webhost000 or hosting24).  See here  http://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?topic=502354.0
