Any way to display thread start date?

When viewing a board the start date of a thread is not shown.

Some members of my forum have asked if I can show it, but a search yielded no results.

Has anyone modified SMF to display the thread start date when viewing a board?

It is for sure possible. Each topic has recorded (at least) the id of the first message so add it the time is for sure doable.
Are you sure there isn't already a mod for that? (I'm on the phone now, search isn't handy )

I've recently gone through all the 2.0.x mods on the customization site and I think I'm pretty safe in saying there isn't anything on there to answer your request. Have you had a search through the Tips and Tweaks section of the forums? If your answer is here, that's where I'd bet it exists if someone's done it in the past.
