import posts to new host environment

I am looking to import posts from the last week into a new host database. I do not want to do a full data dump and import since there are only a few new posts from this last week. What database table are the posts stored in? I found a table for topics, but I didn't see one for individual posts. Thank you.

smf_messages Yhinking logically, as all posts are in topics, why would posts need a different table?

If you open that table, though, can you export individual messages, from there? (Not something I've ever tried. So, I'm merely speculating, here).

Thank you. I found that the smf_topics table also needed to be imported to show the new posts correctly.
