Hide Profile Fields from Guest

I have a Name requirement for all members that join. But I do not want guest to see this field when not logged in, so that peoples names and such are hidden.

I looked in the Profile field i created but dont see a setting to hide it from  Guest.

I don't think that custom profile fields are that configurable...
