Forum Only Showing HTML Markup

Hi everyone,

Long time forum lurker, first time poster. I recently installed an instance of SMF on a subdomain of my site. The problem is that it does not seem to be connecting with the theme files whatsoever, and no CSS is displayed. You can view the forum here: forum.diginomics DOT com

As you can clearly tell, only the HTML markup is being displayed. I tried changing themes and installing a new one from scratch to no avail. I also tried deleting and reinstalling the instance and that did not help either.

So my question is simple:

Why does the forum not connect with the theme and CSS files?

Because your forum is set up for some reason to point to http://127.0.0.1/smf/Themes/default folder... repair_settings.php should be able to get you sorted out - What is repair_settings.php?
