Help me please.

I am making a forum for my runescape private server.

I am using 000webhost and I used this forums. However when I go to my forums after doing all of the steps a "404 Not found" comes up.
Look below. There was 7 steps to the process and I did them all, I got to "Step 7: Finalise Install" it says my installation is complete, and I go to my "newly installed forum" and it doesn't load. please help.

If someone can help me I will appreciate it very much, thank you.

2. the issue is your host is crap thats the reason ... sorry to break it to you so bluntly

000webhost is a bad host? Which host do you recommend?
