I am absolutely positive, I just tried it again. Should I still continue with the installation? I'm not sure what to do...

JayBachatero

Delete the package form the server and upload it again. Like i said before this mod doesn't touch that file is trying to edit.

I found an error
- Invalid Compressed Data -- Unable to inflate ON winzip.

I had to extract the files,then add the them to a zip. :(:)

Alright, installed successfully :) Thanks.

But... how do I get it to work? I go the the options, check the checkmark to turn it on, and nothing happens :( The main index page is still the same, with now color legend.

What should I do, or what am I missing?

are you using the default theme? MODS only modify templates in the default theme. Since most themes use the default theme's modsettings.php, you may see the option to enable it, but the correct theme file isnt modified to display it. You'll have to do that part manually.
The only thing php can't do is tell you how much milk is left in the fridge.

You will have to install it manually.

Does anyone have this working with 1.05? This seems like a a great mod.

JayBachatero

Small thing but? You can do this for 1.0.5 This mod was made from that code provided by Oldiesmann.

I installed this mod and all seems to work. There was this line:
Quote<file name="$themedir/languages/Help.english.php">
      <operation>
         <search position="before">

';
</search>
         <add>

$helptxt['enableMCL'] = 'Show a legend with the members position and color ex. [Administrator], [Newbie] and so on.';
</add>
      </operation>
For that
'; part, do I have to add the code for it on every instance of
'; or only add it for the very last line? It doesn't specifiy in the xml file.

Also, I assume that if we find more than one instance, we are suppose to do it for each and every one of them right? Like for another mod I did, I saw that it says replace. So I tested it out on a test forum with default theme and saw that it replaced ALL instances of the aforementioned line to look for. Just need someone to confirm with this and also what to do above.

Thanks.

I think I'd eventually like to encorporate this into my Groups mod. Would there be any problem with that?
