Not sure why, but I'm having an issue with this and the giphy mod where it seems to be blocked. You cannot view this attachment.

I've got an active API key. I'm using 2.1.4 and Google Chrome

When I click the icon I get nothing, and you can see by the screenshot it's greyed out.
