Want to remove signature from user profile.
SEO guys put links over there . want to stop this spam link building. plz help.

2nd thing -  I want when your post something. it will not show in the post first it will  come to admin for approval.

so?   Edit the user's signature....  you can do so from an admin account.

as for approval before posting -- read the Wiki on how permissions work
