Recycle Bin Restore

in SMF,
as we all know
a specific board can be set as the recycle bin
and then all deleted topics automatically go there
but can a new feature like "Restore" be introduced?...
which will restore the topic to its original location
instead of you having to do it manually
like in the recycle bin board
all topics should have a separate moderation button
next to delete
say "Restore" to restore the topic back to where it was!

I'm almost positive we were planning to add this at some point. Not sure why it hasn't been added yet...

If im correct the dev team is done adding new features.  After they hit the RC state they done adding features and start working on cleaning the code up.  Actually i believe they stop adding features when it hits the Beta stage.  very few features make it in after the beta stages.

It might be handy to have a undo button for each action performed. So a admin restore stuff if a mod goes evil...
