Can't access my forum, HELP!!!!

Hi, I have problem with user have to log in twice, so I trying to find different solution here. Most recent is to turn on cokies and one more option ( can't remember but both are in Admin section).
How to restore default settings ????
repair_setting.php does not help me....

Is it the forum linked in your signature? If so, it's ok as far I can see.

Yes in my signature is homepage but link to forum is in menu, and  I can't do anything, when I login(after first fail) and click on any board or menu link it kick me out and show me login screen again

A years ago I created user named  tester ,  login: tester, pass: tester     Please use it to test my forum    www.cromobilesound.com.hr/forum

As you can see(after you login, maybee twice) you are loged in BUT after you click anything you are kicked out to login screen

I made a lagre upgrade, hoping to correct an error, but nothig, all the same..... What now???? It's clear now that setting are writen in database, but where ? I can go to cpanel/phpmyadmin but I don't know what to do, please help quick

Yes, finally I managed to access, after large upgrade, droped few tables from database, and finally running repair_settings again, reseting everything to default.

Edit: I'm pretty sure that "database driven sessions ON"  was only problem, now I know that this setting is off limits for me
