Star image icon setting

So i have this error i have visited a website that give me lots of star image previews and when i copy and paste them into the star image box it does this:  Just comes up with like an unknown picture?? any reason why?

Hello!

Are you sure you're placing it in the exact directory? It should be in your current theme directory, /Themes/Your Theme/images

How do i get to that directory, sorry i didn't mention i am new thats all to this forums stuff so im a newbie as you can say so i need abit more help

You can use FTP or your host files manager to reach to that directory. If your forum has an URL like www.forum.com/, you should look inside public_html, then Themes/The name of your current theme/images

If your forum has an URL like www.forum.com/forum, you should do the same steps but inside the /forum subdirectory.
