How to set checkbox marked by default???

How I use by default the check box marked? this is possible?

I think if you must go to Administration Center » Themes and Design » Member options and in the topic that you use press where it says "Reinitialize the current options of all users for this topic" and make the required options.

Now I checked it with a test forum and it's Administration Center » Themes and Layout » Member Option and where you should mark is "Change current options for all members using this theme" the option you are looking for would appear.
