XML Sitemap Error

Hello every one need help please

My first Question can i submit sitemap.xml file to google webmaster? I am using smf 2.0.15

The second quesiton is: The reason for submitting sitemap.xml because I got error http://discusscryptocurrency.com/index.php?action=kitsitemap;xml for my website.

Please help me what should i Do?
