Web Master Email Not Send..

Hi..
I'm using smf ver. 2.0.15 and from some days back on my forum, when a new member trying to register have an error with the activation email because when they fill all the required field and submit for registration to my forum, but they did not receive the email for activate their account
so pls some one can tell me possibly what kind of issue there is?

because now new members cannot register on my forum  due to not receiving activation email for them from my forum
to activate their accounts so pls help me to resolve that issue
