How to remove the displayed closing tag on the screen

Hello every one

I am using smf 2.015 there is a closing tag display always on the top left side of my website. The tag is like this " />. Please help me how can i remove this. The picture is below how it is shown on the screen.



Also, I have one another issue when someone post new topic it is also shown on the top screen like this.


Please help me how to solve these issues.

Does the text look familiar? Have you added that AtomicWallet related stuff yourself somewhere? Or did it just appear out of the blue?
EDIT: Oh - Scratch that, I didn't read the comments in the pics properly.

Quite clearly something is broken, could be index.template.php. Have you edited any files recently?
