Rumbletalk Integration

Rumbletalk looks really good - but it would be great if someone could write a mod to do the user integration piece so that only forum members can use the chatroom

Note - I have no connection to Rumbletalk, but after a huge amount of hunting around, have identified it as the best fit for what I've been looking for.
