I accidentally set my Default login cookies length to "0" and now I cant log in at all. what file do I have to change and upload to fix my cookies?

You should have started a new topic, not bumped a 10 year old thread.  You'll have to go into the database, smf_settings table, set cookieTime to a value other than 0.
