How do I disable SSL during the forum transfer?

I'm cloning the forum which has SSL enabled to the testing environment. I edited settings.php file and removed https in $boardurl parameter. I also changed all of the server directory related paths. However, when I open the forum, it still forces HTTPS (no redirects are forced on the server). Do I need to edit the database as well?

Thanks!

Untick the 'force SSL' option in the server settings?

I would need to do that by manually editing the database, where is that option located? Thanks!

If you're running SMF 2.1 the setting is in,

Admin > Maintenance > Server Settings: Scroll down to "Forum SSL mode " You'll see a dropdown.
