This would get annoying fast and likely drive people away from posting.
Don’t try to tell me that some power can corrupt a person. You haven’t had enough to know what it’s like.

My website is a question-and-answer webboard.
Sometimes people ask questions that are not clear. So I want to set the condition for him to check the post first.
such as
1. Have you understood the question?
2. Is there a preview?
3. Have image for this problem?
4 ....

This would get annoying fast and likely drive people away from posting.
i want to can "Membergroups to hide Popup"

I edit in Post.template.php to show Announcement.
@ Write questions to understand Will help to get clear and fast answers / can upload images Or sample files at "More options ..."

If you're going to have that popup before people reply, it doesn't really matter about the member groups - those not in those membergroups will be annoyed if this is every time they post. (I guess quick reply doesn't count?)

Which means you'll likely end up making the membergroups who don't see it pretty much all the membergroups after it drives away people, at which point you might as well not bother.

Ah, so you want to have every user close this before posting. Good way to annoy them.

You have an answer in the support thread for that mod....   please do not post the same question in multiple places
Please do not PM, IM or Email me with support questions.  You will get better and faster responses in the support boards.  Thank you.
