No scripts

Just did a clean install with 2.1 github package from 28 Jun.  /Themes/default/scripts contains index.php and empty mini css file, nothing else.  Any reason?

Just replaced it with current github d/l, files are complete.

where did you download the files from? was it from github or elsewhere?

It was the current github download on 28 Jun.  Uploaded it over an existing install, it worked because script files were already there, but didn't work for new install because it was incomplete.  Today's github package is good.
