I made a directory for my images "http:/domain.tld/public_html/images/he.png"  but they are not appearing when I try to add them to the forum using an 'ad management' installed app. They show up on the screen but as a small generic thumbnail or icon. What needs to be done so they appear correctly?

( Edited by Lex: The included URL is 404 and serves no further purpose - Removed as the domain includes some adult themes. )

which mod is it, might want to ask in the mod's support thread

and sorry I don't quite understand...you say that it doesn't work but yet then say that the image does show up but small

so I'd guess it's a css issue and would need a link to the location to be able to help, or if you right click on the image in question and then click on inspect, your browsers inspection tool will open telling you what css needs changed

also the link you gave is incorrect, you shouldn't be using public_html in urls it should just be yourdomain.tld/images/file.extension

[edit] um...I don't think that per smf rules you can link to your forum here as it is adult material....

Thanks for the tips. I will investigate further.

You should probably start by checking that the images are actually accessible with a) the url in your code, b) the full code you are trying to use.

Usually, as mentioned public_html = your domain root, so a folder called images in it would be domain.tld/images not domain.tld/public_html/images

If the site is the one you have on your profile, that's kind of the least of your worries... It's completely broken because it has mixed http and https, with http forced redirect to http, so it won't load css either. Loads of errors in browser console log, too...
If it's not that site you already got good answers :)

It's so powerful that on this post and even in the two PMs you sent me,you still answered my question very quickly and you're apologizing for the delay. You're the #1 support I've probably ever encountered man, so much respect for that. Thank you, and get better soon.

I'll keep this in my siggy for a while just to remind me that someone appreciated what I did while others didn't.
