Mod questions must be asked in the support topics for those mods. We can't control how long a mod author chooses to answer, if at all.

In this case, we know that Bugo DOES respond to requests, when he has the time.  So, maybe he has not yet had the time to answer your questions.  Either way, the questions are specific to the mods and are outside of general SMF support.
