Connecting to Installer

Hi Guys,
I'm going to call myself a newbie, but have installed SMF over 14 years.
I'm currently having a brain freeze and cannot connect with the Installer. I uploaded the forum and made a database, but I'm stuck with the install connection in the browser.

Indeed.  Saying "I'm stuck with the install connection in the browser" does not help at all. How are you stuck? When you go to the install url, is it not loading at all? Do you get an error? If so, what error? Do not be vague, be precise. The more details you give us, the better we can understand your issue and help you out.
