Upgrade from 2.0.12 Hangs

Hi all, been trying to upgrade an old forum from 2.0.12 with the "Large Upgrade". Everything is backed up, so I'm good there.

All files were uploaded, given the correct owner, etc.

The issue is it hangs at 4% and doesn't move. Also when I load up the upgrade screen it looks like it's already half broken (unless it's supposed to look pretty basic like this?). See attached.

Looks like your theme directory is not set correctly.

Doesn't matter though, there is no need to run the upgrade script when going from 2.0.12 to 2.0.18
