For future reference, topic titles like 'help me?' are often skipped due to time constraints of support members. Making your title indicate what the problem is will most often get you help sooner by the people who are knowledgeable in that area.  :)

So it looks like they've installed a dark theme and a portal - probably SimplePortal - to produce the two sidebars made up each of several blocks.

Hard to say more from a blurry screenshot of a video of a site.

so, i saw this slogan on youtube and i liked it and apparently it is done with smf.. but i would like to put this last topics on the forum. the dark theme i already found and installed

99% not SimplePortal, unless if it was edited names of the blocks:

SimplePortal    ~  Other portal mod (all big letters)
User Info       ~  Personal menu

What is tab for members? You want TOP POSTERS block to be visible everywhere on your forum or something else?
