Suggested feature for this forum to help those offering support

I gather the people who do such a good job of running this place seem to like to keep the forum as close to 'stock' as possible.

However I think there is a good case for a feature such as the Custom Form mod offers, so that users are prompted to provide all the relevant information which would greatly assist those offering support, leading to a better and quicker outcome for those requesting support.

While the need to include as much info as possible is mentioned in Kindred's thread here it does rely on people reading it, and we all know what people are like 

Just a suggestion for consideration anyway.

We have thought about it. However the unfortunate situation is that if we make fields required people are going to mostly put garbage in those fields. And if we do not make it required people will leave them blank
