Has anyone integrated Polis into their forum? Any ideas as to the best approach?
Thank you

Are you referring to https://pol.is/ / https://compdemocracy.org/Polis/? (I had never used or even heard of it before this.) Are you looking to self-host the software or use their hosted service?

Es gibt hier im Forum ein deutsches Support-Board!

Yes, thats the one. We'd like to test the consensus building aspect, as we have some pretty tough discussions our forum. At the moment, we think it would be nice to self-host, but are mostly trying to figure out if there's a nice way to integrate it into our discussions.
Thank you

Just from looking at its GitHub repository, I can see that Polis is not written in PHP, so it would be very difficult to build any direct integration with SMF.

If Polis includes a JavaScript-based API, you could try asking in the Help Wanted board for someone to build a mod for SMF that could interact with Polis that way. But such a mod would be a significant undertaking, you would almost certainly need to pay for it (possibly quite a lot), and the degree of integration might not be as deep as you would like, assuming it is possible at all.
I promise you nothing.

Sesqu... Sesqui... what?

As the OP was here 3 days after the last post without providing any further feedback (whether unnecessary or not), I'm marking this solved.
