Missing Topics after updating to 2.1

Hi. I think I correctly updated SMF 2.0.19 to 2.1 a few months ago, I don't have a large database, so the database updated quickly. I still have a full copy of the forum on disk. I wanted to delete this copy today, but I looked a notepad where I pasted the forum stats before upgrading to 2.1:

37,992 Posts in 2,496 Topics by 608 Members

There are 183 topics missing from the forum. For sure 183 topics have not been deleted. I have no idea what this is about. In Forum Maintenance I ran this Recount all forum totals and statistics - but it didn't help. Is there any tool for SMF 2.1 that I can run to recount statistics, I mean a different tool than the one that is built into SMF 2.1 - What else can I do?

How long had it been since you ran a recount on the old system before the upgrade?

Maybe in the previous forum 2.0.19 the statistics were not displayed properly because of some bug, I have no idea.

I upgraded the forum to 2.1 on Sept 4th 2022, I'm going to run the old forum and will have to go through all the topics in each board that were created up to Sep 4th, I'll check if any old topics are missing in the current forum 2.1

I remember that a few years ago, when on another forum there was a bug with incorrect display of statistics, the Admin Toolbox mod from @Spuds helped rebuild the correct statistics. Unfortunately this mod is only for ElkArte now. This mod for SMF would be useful.

I checked all old topics in all boards on the running forum 2.0.19 from the copy and on the current forum 2.1 and after updating the forum 2.0.19 to 2.1 there are no missing topics. The old forum displayed incorrect statistics.
