Thank you TwitchisMental. Not sure if it is already fixed, but the Login/Register buttons disappear in mobile devices if the forum title is large. I think both buttons should appear below the forum title in mobile devices.

Also the "Go up" button does nothing if you press it.

@TwitchisMental - great theme... thank you.  I noticed the same thing in mobile (iPhone) using Safari... the dots below the username.  It's almost as if they're placeholders for the fields that would display as small images if a user would put information in those fields... I can send additional screenshots if you'd like to see it.

Also - something strange. Google keeps recognizing the meta robots "noindex" with this theme:

The only reference I have been able to find is in the index.template.php:

When the page loads, in Google Dev console, I cannot find any reference to the meta robots... I see all the other meta information that loads just fine with no noindex meta.  I'm going to try to change the noindex line I showed you above... just to see if I can remedy the google url inspection.  As it is,  however it is happening, it looks like Google doesn't like it.  I cannot show that the noindex meta is actually populating for desktop as it's just not there.  You can see they're using mobile for the test.

look at the conditional.

The noindex is only generated on pages which trigger the check by filling in the value in the $context global variable.
This is done to prevent the indexing of some pages.

the basic index of the forum should not be generating the tag though....

@TwitchisMental -- sorry... I have this in the wrong spot for troubleshooting.  Also - Many compliments on this theme!

@Kindred --> I 100% agree.  I've noticed the conditional for a while.  I just don't see anywhere else where the noindex would be constructed (even any other remote reference to noindex).  The same behavior is happening to both curve and elementary.  I THINK it's only on mobile.  I cannot find the same behavior on desktop (I at least don't see it happening).  This corroborates the google mobile results ... which I cannot seem to change to desktop.

Desktop looks ok though... again, no reference to "noindex" in an dev console output that I can see.  The stupid thing is... I don't see it either if I change to "mobile version" in the dev console on desktop

Wondering if this is a Google search console thing... but I did see a drop off of indexed pages. Not like I had a ton anyway.  Suggestions on where I should put this in support?

The meta reference doesn't even show up now (IE does not show up as index OR noindex.  Line is not there.  I bet the same would be if I did it to the default

cannot duplicate this... not on desktop, not on mobile -- and google admin shows no such results for the 5 SMF sites that I have running...    this would seem to be something odd in your google config somewhere

If it is, I just don't see where.  Google console is pretty straight forward... I don't see anything that would indicate a setting that would trip this.  Settings in console are pretty much non-existent.

As long as it's not the board index, everything else seems to work... I haven't found anything else that doesn't work on the URL tester.  At a loss... but will keep looking
