Global Moderator

I feel silly asking this but how do I add a global moderator?  Thanks.

Open Admin panel, then go to Members => Membergroups
Open "Global Moderator" group, then in "Add a member to this group" section type the username and click on "Add Member" button.

Can also do it from their profile in the accounts configuration, you select their primary group and save.

I would like to learn that way also but I can't seem to find account configuration.

Click on their name or go to their profile. Hover over the 'Forum Profile' tab and you'll see account settings.
