Hi there,

Does anyone know how to edit the "Sorry Guest, you are banned from using this forum!" message that sometimes appears when users are not banned from the site but have an issue with cookies?

I'd like to add a message on how they can deal with that and an admin email address too.

Any help would be appreciated.

It's a language string ($txt['your_ban']) and it can be found at the index.english.php file inside the /languages/ folder. Simply change the value to whatever text you want to be displayed to the banned members at your forum.

As the OP was here 4 days after Doug's post with no further input, I'm assuming this is solved and marking it so.
