Quick edit functions

Hello everyone, one question for "quick edit" is there an option to turn on so I can edit all posts with quick edit

I can edit some posts with quick edit
I can't save some posts when I do a quick edit (especially posts I'm not the author of)

Is there an option to save all posts via quick edit?

No, as far as I know if you have the permission to edit, you should be able to edit. It's a simple yes or no, so Quick edit or Modify should not matter at all. It sounds like something isn't quite working right somewhere, but based on this I don't quite know where to look really.
