How do I add a logo to my forum

I went into the admin control panel and entered this url: "/public_html/smf/Themes/Bend/images/Bird_Logo.png" and it did not change my logo. What did I do wrong?

That is a local folder path, the URL to that location would probably be something like https://domain.tld/smf/Themes/Bend/images/Bird_Logo.png

So, https://algemenefora.site/smf/Themes/Bend/images/Bird_Logo.png
