To preface I am new to website, hosting, and all manner of this so please be kind. I am mostly unfamiliar with the lingo and technical terms, any visual aids would be helpful. ( ̄ω ̄;)

So I was getting help with Dreamhost support, they said all the requirements are met. From what I can see MSQL is 8.2, the rest I am unsure where to find. When I tried to install the files I encountered this error (and this is where support couldn't help me as they said it has to do with a 3rd party site):

[Sat Jul 13 17:26:24.762857 2024] [fcgid:warn] [pid 102442:tid 140380766435072] [remote 190.25.161.98:61124] mod_fcgid: stderr: PHP Fatal error:  Uncaught Error: Failed opening required 'Sources/Subs-Compat.php' (include_path='.:') in /home/dh_svyyki/strawberryslush.com/zenosyne/install.php:39
I am not fully sure what it means, any help would be very appreciated, thank you!

Failed opening required 'Sources/Subs-Compat.php' would lead me to think either that file doesn't exist, the permissions are incorrect, or something in the server setup is stopping the script from accessing it.

I would start by checking that all files really got uploaded.
