I don't know any of the LAMP stuff. Hopefully someone can give a hint, or point to guides?

I don't know if it's a good idea, but I want the LAMP stack on the root drive SDB1 (512gb SSD) and SMF on the RAID SDA1 (5x512gb HDD, RAID 6). (n00b may be saying this wrong?)

Anyone know a tutorial to do this, or what $WORDS to use in Google?

If it matters:
openSUSE-Leap-15.6-DVD-x86_64-Build710.3-Media.iso (KDE, LAMP, and File Server preset checked)
ML310e Gen8 V2 (iLO4)

The site files or database?
Site files you can just tweak the apache config files and point to a different directory.

I'll have to assume yes? Wile there's 500gb of space in root, I'd rather use the 1.5tb drive for storage,

Do you have a name for the "apache config files"? Yes, I'm that much of a n00b

httpd.conf but again there might be sub folders with the site configuration. I am used to installing each applicationa manually so not  if this applies

if you dont know what these things mean then you may not be ready to host your own forum. you would have security issues. it is best to find a host and pay them to host your forum and test out how to run it on your own in your spare time.

A friend will be here on Sunday that knows the LAMP stack. I'm just trying to get a clue.
