This form appears as follows. The visitor created a topic, in the topic, in the post, there is a "Personal Message" icon on the left, I click on this icon, a form appears (photo 1).

The recipient's name is in such a place that the forum visitor does not understand what is going on at all. Even I, being an admin, spend 10 to 15 minutes watching and trying to figure out what's going on in this form.

You need to do this (photo 2). You do not need to create a field to record the user's name, because the user's name is substituted automatically. You don't need to delete the username, because it doesn't make any sense. Why should I delete the name of the user I am writing to?

And that's what the recipient of the private message sees.
For some reason, he is shown who the recipient of the message is. But he himself is the recipient of the message. Why is this information needed? It's distracting and makes you think.

Both of these are because of the same reason email clients do this, you can send a PM to multiple recipients - and if you do, then seeing all the names, both when sending and receiving, is very useful information indeed.
