Hi,

no problems, just curious:

When someone starts the registration process and clicks the link on the registration mail to complete the process on the forum site, is that last action recognized by the "Last active" display system? Or does "Last active" only refer to "clicking on forum threads" kind of actions?

As far as I understand it, it's possible that a new member has registerd an account successfully (no confirmation awaiting anymore) while that same member's "Last active" indication says "Never". This is normal. Correct?

Thanks.

Until a new member first logs in, it will say never. After logging in, I think pretty much any activity within the forum will update it.

OK, thank you.

Another related question:

Does "Last active" refer to the time zone of that member's zone setting, or does it refer to the zone which I selected in my profile?

Example:
In my profile I see "Local time" is 12:00.
In Joe's profile I see "Local time" is 09:00.
Now ...
In Joe's profile I see "Last active" 08:55.
What does this refer to?
Joe was last active at 08:55 referring to Joe's zone, or 08:55 referring to my zone?

(If it's referring to my zone, it actually means 11:55 in my zone.)

Just wondering ... :-)

I've found the answer:

08:55, in that example, refers to my zone. So, in Joe's zone, "last active" would read 05:55.
