Cant log out

Sorry if this has been posted I'm on my mobile and in work. This morning I signed into my forum and it won't let me sign back out all I keep getting is loading

I tried to uninstall the latest update and got this error

Call to undefined function idna_maps_not_std3()

Though this is also happening when I try to uninstall any of the mods as well.

PS the only way of me logging out was to clear my cache on myobile.

I've just seen the issue elsewhere on this community so will sort this later.
